About Meta Medicine

 

META-Medicine® is not another therapy but a diagnostic system that works back from a conventional medical diagnosis to establish the stressful event that caused a specific disease to occur. Segrestrom and Miller in 2004 established that practically all diseases are caused by stress; but they never established which stressful event causes which disease. META-Medicine® may have that answer.

The current medical belief is there are two types of diseases, the sympathetic COLD diseases and the parasympathetic WARM diseases. META-Medicine® believes that all diseases are caused by a significant ‘shock' followed by ongoing stress. This is the stress (cold) phase. If this shock and stress is resolved our body can enter the resolution (warm) phase.



The Disease Process that all people go through, can be explained through these nine points.

1) Health, normality, normal day activity and night relaxation

2) Biological conflict shock - Significant Negative Emotional Experiences

3) Conflict phase - cold, sympathetic, conflict active

4) Conflict resolution or reversal (unconscious or conscious process)

5) Part A regeneration phase warm, parasympathetic, rest and recuperation

6) Healing Crisis - short sympathetic, conflict active state, biological test

7) Part B regeneration phase warm, rebuilding of energy reserves

8) End of the disease process

9) Normality, healthy return to normal day activity and night relaxation
